Your monthly base price includes a set number of seats per plan. Additional users are billed at the per-seat overage rate shown in the plan comparison above. Seat count is measured at the end of each billing cycle.
A credit (cr) is our unit for usage-based billing. Credits cover Buddy AI conversations, Runbook and postmortem generation, alert ingestion, and incident processing. Light operations cost very little; heavy AI investigations cost more.

Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately with a prorated charge. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing cycle so you keep what you've already paid for.
Billing handled securely through Stripe Managed Payments (Stripe, Inc. as Merchant of Record). All prices in USD. In the jurisdictions where Stripe Managed Payments is offered, sales tax, VAT, and GST are calculated, collected, and remitted by Stripe as MoR (Stripe Tax provides the underlying calculation engine), and receipts and invoices are issued by Stripe.
