Your monthly base price includes a set number of seats per plan. Additional users are billed at the per-seat overage rate shown in the plan comparison above. Seat count is measured at the end of each billing cycle.
A credit (cr) is our unit for usage-based billing. Credits cover Buddy AI conversations, Runbook and postmortem generation, alert ingestion, and incident processing. Light operations cost very little; heavy AI investigations cost more.
You won't be cut off mid-incident. Excess usage is billed automatically at the on-demand pack rate. You can also pre-purchase credit packs in advance at a lower rate—pre-purchased packs never expire.
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately with a prorated charge. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing cycle so you keep what you've already paid for.
Billing handled securely through Lemon Squeezy. All prices in USD. Sales tax, VAT, and GST applied automatically based on your billing region. Receipts and invoices are issued by Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record.
