Beyond your included credits

When your monthly credits run out, usage keeps going and is billed on your next invoice as overage. Pre-purchase credits to pay less. Business plans get better rates.

Pre-purchased credits never expire. On a paid plan, overage applies only once your balance is used up: it is totalled at the end of each month of your subscription and normally added to your next invoice — even on a yearly plan, so it is invoiced monthly rather than waiting for your annual renewal. From the Billing view you can set a monthly overage budget (applied per month of your subscription, on yearly plans too) and choose what pauses when it is reached — by default, reaching it only notifies you and does not pause anything — or turn off AI usage beyond your balance entirely. Those settings limit AI usage only: alert ingestion and incident handling without AI always continue, and on a paid plan are billed as overage at the same rates, while AI-assisted investigation follows them; notifications and calls themselves do not consume credits. During the free trial there is no invoice to bill to, so AI usage pauses at zero balance.

Data retention

You decide how long to keep each kind of data, on every plan. The defaults below apply until you change them.

Storage is billed by volume: the data you keep is metered at 7 cr per GB-month, the same on every plan, so keeping more costs more and keeping less costs less. There is no extended-retention add-on and no plan-specific limit. Your retention settings stay as they are when you change plans.

Refunds & cancellation

A summary of how cancelling and refunds work. The Refund and Cancellation Policy is the binding text and prevails where this summary differs.

• Cancel any time. The organization owner can cancel from the Billing view. Your subscription stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for, then stops; fees already paid for that period are not refunded on cancellation, except as described below (Refund Policy: Cancelling Your Subscription).
• Refunds follow the Link refund policy. Purchases are made through Stripe Managed Payments, and Sold through Link, LLC (a Stripe affiliate) is the merchant of record. Its refund policy applies to every purchase and takes precedence over ours where it is more favorable to you: within 60 days of a purchase, Link may refund it on the grounds that policy describes — for example when the service was not provided, is significantly not as described, or the charge was duplicated or unauthorized. A change of mind, or an unused subscription that was not cancelled before its billing date, is not covered. • Credits are not refundable on their own. AI credits cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash. When a purchase is refunded in full or charged back, the unused credits from that purchase are cancelled (Refund Policy: AI Credits).
