Top up in 10-credit packs: on-demand at $5.00 / 10 cr (list price, auto-charged when you run out) or pre-purchase at $3.50 / 10 cr (30% off, never expires). Business plans get better rates: on-demand at $4.50 / 10 cr and pre-purchase at $3.00 / 10 cr. Adding seats is billed per user ($5–10 / seat / mo depending on plan). Yes. Expect to spend more credits at first, until the agent has learned your environment. Every failure it meets for the first time takes a real investigation: more turns, deeper digging. That is the cost of learning, and your team already pays it today in lost sleep. The difference is that here it compounds: as confirmed Runbooks and past incidents accumulate, the same failure needs less work the next time. How quickly that happens depends on your environment and on how consistently your team confirms what the agent learns, so we won't promise a figure.
It investigates on its own, and it learns from the incidents it handles: what it worked out last time is there as context the next time a similar failure appears. What it never does is decide on its own. Whether an investigation starts, whether production is touched, and what becomes a Runbook are all human decisions, and nothing the agent learned by itself turns into a confirmed procedure. A Runbook exists because an engineer who was there reviewed it and said it was right, not because a model guessed. Curating that is your team's job, and it is exactly why a Runbook can be trusted. Skip the curation and the agent still keeps its own notes, but the confirmed procedures that make the next incident lighter never build up.
